Apple Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 serving fruit, 1 grain, 1 protein (add 1 egg for men)

Suggestion: Quadruple it and freeze the rest for later. :-

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix

1 oz rolled oats (replace with 4 oz sweet potato?)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon

Mix Separately

2 oz mashed bananas
2 oz grated apple
1/2 tsp dehydrated orange peel
2 oz Canned Pumpkin
1 egg (large)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 oz peanut butter

Bake 20 to 25 minutes
