Apple Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Suggestion: Double the recipe so it is enough for the whole family.

Preheat oven to 370° F

Mix

3 bananas
3 eggs
3 tablespoons almond flour OR Oat flour
3 tablespoons oat bran OR Oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Bake 30 minutes
