Beef Stroganoff
Sautee 2 large sliced onions
Cook 3 lb sliced beef for 10 min. Add salt and pepper.
Optional: Add sliced mushroom and summer squash.
Add 1/4 cup almond flour and 2 t. dry mustard
Gradually add 2 cups broth, stirring until thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley and sour cream.
Serve with LOTS of straw potatoes
