Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Mix and leave overnight in air tight container

⅓ cup oats
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir again in the morning

Top with

2 tablespoons slivered almonds
½ medium banana, sliced
⅓ cup blueberries
