Bok Choy and Green Bean Stirfry

Heat oil to hot

Sautee

1 sliced red onion
2 julienne bell pepper

After 2 mins, add

3 cups green bean pieces
4 cups sliced mushrooms

After 2 mins, add

6 sliced baby bok choy
6 clove garlic
2 T. soy sauce
4 t. fish sauce
Tofu
Pepper

Sautee until wilted. Serve over cauliflower rice
