Brussels and Arugula Salad

Shred 2 radicchio bulbs Halve and lightly sautee 1 lb brussel sprouts

For dressing, whisk

2 T. champagne vinegar
2 T. grapeseed oil
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. cumin
1 small shallot, minced
salt/pepper, to taste

Combine radiccchio, brussel sprouts, 3 1/2 oz arugula, and dressing.
