Chicken Carbonara

Heat oil, add

2 garlic cloves
1/2 red onion diced
12 strips bacon cut up

Cook a few min. Add

1/2 cup chicken broth
8 chicken thighs, chopped
Add S and P

Cook, Add

1 can coconut milk

Simmer 2 min, turn off rest 5 min.

4 beaten eggs on low heat

Note: The egg is for thickener. Do not scramble

Serve on shredded and steamed cabbage
