Chicken Salad

Cook 4 cups chopped chicken, and place in bowl.

Add to bowl

1/4 t. salt, pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced almond
Grapes
Grated jicama

Refrigerate at least an hour.
