Chili

Brown

1 1/2 lb chorizo (or 3 9-oz tubes)
1 lb ground beef

Add

1 large red onion, diced

Add, then simmer

3 acorn squash, pre-cooked
3 lg bell peppers, diced
1 poblano pepper, diced
28 oz diced tomatoes
2 cups black beans
1-2 T. salt
2 T. taco seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayennne

Garnish with

Cilantro
Green onions
Yogurt
Cheese
Avocado, tossed in lime juice
