Double Broccoli Quinoa

Steam

5 cups broccoli

Cook

1 1/2 quinoa cups dry

Make pesto

Puree

1/2 cups almonds
2 cups steamed broccoli
3 cloves garlic
2 pinches salt
2 T. lemon juice
Drizzle in olive oil

Combine

3 cups cooked quinoa
Rest of broccoli
Pesto

Adjust flavors. Serve with avocado, chile oil, chopped almonds.
