Gazpacho

Chop

2 cucumbers

Process until coarsely chopped

1 onion
2 yellow oinions
4 lb tomatoes

Combine and add

6 T. olive oil
4 cups broth?
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. dried basil
Salt and pepper.

Refrigerate 3 hours
