Granola #lc

Mix all ingredients

2 1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 T. cinnamon
1 1/2 T. salt
1 1/2 T. vanilla extract
9 T. coconut oil

Bake 10-15 minutes at 300 deg F until brown.
