Cook and remove greese

1 lb. Ground Beef (+ 2 oz/serving for men)

Add & Saute

1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves, minced

Add & Saute

16 oz shredded cabbage and carrots

Add and warm

10 oz. peas

Add

Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp soy sauce
