Homemade Fennel Sausage Patties

6 Servings (2 patties per person)

Mix

1 lb ground meat (turkey, port, chicken, lamb, or beef)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp sage
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper (black or white)
¼ tsp red chili flakes

Shape

Shape into 2 ½ in diameter and ½ inch thick.

Cook

Note:

Last 3 days in refridgerator and up to 4 months in the freezer. It is easier to have them cooked before putting in the freezer for quick warm up but is not necessary.
