Lasagna Soup
Cook about 1 1/2 lbs ground beef with
2 garlic cloves
1 T. onion powder
1/2 t. red pepperPut meat in crockpot with
24 oz marinara sauce
15 oz diced tomatoes
2 T. tomato paste
2 t. balsamic vinegar
1 T. basil
1 t. salt
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. black pepper
1 bay leaf
4 cups chicken broth
2 diced zucchiniCook on low for 6 hours
Add 5 oz spinach and 8 oz bow-tie pasta.Cook for 30 more minutes. Top with ricotta cheese and shredded mozarella.
