Lentil Bread
Rinse and Soak (1 hour)
2 Cups - Red LentilsPrep Yeast (let sit for 10 minutes)
1/2 Cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp (or teaspoon, 4 grams Yeast)
1/2 Tbsp SugarMix lentils until smooth in food processor (with a little bit of the soaking water)
Lentils
5 Tbsp Oil (Avocado, butter or Olive)
1/2 Tbsp (or teaspoon this lady doesn't have that down very well salt)Slowly mix in yeast mixture
Put in bread pan and put sesame and pumpkin seeds on top
Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes
