1 Tbsp lupin flour (or ground flax seed)
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husks
3 Tbsp Heavy Whipping CreamPlace on non-stick silicone mat. Don’t make it too thin (it will tear) or too thick.
Microwave for around 90-100 seconds
