Miso Soup
Thinly slice
4 portabella mushrooms (or 8 shiitake)Bring to a boil, add mushrooms. Simmer 4 min.
8 cups brothIn a small bowl mix
8 T miso
8 T soy saucePut into soup with
2/3 cup died firm tofuCook 1 min. Do not boil.
Serve with 4 sliced green onions
