Miso Soup

Thinly slice

4 portabella mushrooms (or 8 shiitake)

Bring to a boil, add mushrooms. Simmer 4 min.

8 cups broth

In a small bowl mix

8 T miso
8 T soy sauce

Put into soup with

2/3 cup died firm tofu

Cook 1 min. Do not boil.

Serve with 4 sliced green onions
