Moroccan Lamb
Brown lamb shoulder in lard or tallow. Remove from pan.
Cook 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped bell peppers,
Add
1 t. turmeric
1 t. ginger
1 t. cumin
1 t. paprika
1 t. chili powderAdd then cook 1 minute
2 chopped tomatoes
1 T. tomato paste
1 cup chickpeasReturn lamb to pan. Add 1 cup beef stock. Stir and cook 10-15 minutes. Add salt & pepper.
