Muffins, Berries and Oats #microwave

Serves 1

Mix

¼ Cup Quick Oats
1 egg
handful of berries
sprinkling of brown sugar

Microwave for 1 minute.

Keep cooking until done, add 30 seconds every time. Until muffin looks firm.
