Parsnip Chicken Noodle Soup
Cook 2 lbs chopped chicken breast
Add
1 medium onion, chopped
4 medium carrots, chopped
4 parsnips, choppedAdd, then simmer 30 minutes
8 cups broth or water
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 T. dry dillAdd and cook until done, 10 minutes.
1 cup noodlesGarnish with 1/4 cup parsley
