1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of italian seasoning, or other herbs like sage, dill, or oregano
Salt to tasteMix in bowl
1 egg
1 tsp of olive oilCook in microwave for 90 seconds continue cooking an additional 30 seconds until done (a normal microwave 90 seconds works). Let sit until warm.
