Snickerdoodles #sweetener-free

Preheat oven to 350° F

Blend until smooth (not perfectly so)

2 cups pitted dates
⅓ cup water

Mix (until stiff dough is formed)

3 cups superfine almond flour (but doesn't need to be superfine if not maybe add an egg?)
¾ cup salted butter
pinch of salt
½ tsp baking soda
date mixture

Make about 16 dough balls and cover in cinnamon

Cook for 15 minutes in preheated oven
