Tamarind Chicken
Combine/mix in ziploc
3/4 cup tamarind pulp
1/4 cup aminos
2 T. fish sauce
2 1/2 T. brown sugar
1 diced onion
3 cloves garlic
1 T. lime juice
2 t. red pepper flakes
2 t. Chinese 5 spiceAdd chicken legs to bag. Marinate 4-6 hours. Rotate chicken occasionally.
Bake at 450 deg F for 45-50 minutes.
