Tostones
Peel and slice 2 large plantain
Heat 1/2 cup oil in skillet. Cook slices in baches. 3 min. per side.
Cool, then put between plasic wrap. Flaten with bottom of glass.
Heat 1/4 cup oil. Cook in baches 2 min. per side.
Sprinkle with salt.
