Tuna Noodle Casserole

Make cream of mushroom soup

Sautee

1 chopped onion
1 lb sliced mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup flour and stir.

Add

2 cups broth
1 t. thyme
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. nutmeg

Simmer 5 minutes.

Combine casserole ingredients in pan

Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peas
3 cans tuna, drained
6-8 oz noodles, cooked and drained

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 deg F.

Sprinkle with 2 T. dry bread crumbs. Bake 5 more minutes.
