Ukrainian Borscht

  1. Cook sausage, set aside
  2. Cook 1 chopped onion in oil
  3. Add 3 beets, shredded 2 potatoes, diced 3 carrots, shredded 3/4 c. water 8 Oz tomato diced 3 cloves garlic
  4. Cook 15 min.
  5. Add 1/2 head cabbage, shredded and sausage
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Serve with sour cream and fresh parsey
